You should try your very best not to be late even for 5 minutes as it can give you a very bad impression. Being late on the first date is often seen as rude and purely unacceptable. It is not uncommon for dates to feel tenses, anxious and nervous when it comes to the very first dates. Often than not, dates tend to try their utmost to impress their opposites and as a result, may overdo it at times. When you go on a first date, never dominate a conversation. Take the time to breathe in between your conversation. Try to select topics of conversation that will allow for a two-way conversation. First dates can be tensed especially if the conversation go awry. Instead of asking questions that will give you a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer, bring topics of conversation that can generate her opinion. This can help her get in the mood to converse and to open up to you.
